Common use of Suspension of Certain Obligations Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Certain Obligations. The Company shall not be required to comply with the provisions of Section III(f), (i) or (j) hereof or the provisions of Sections VII(b), (c) and (d) hereof during any period from the time (i) the Agents have suspended solicitation of purchases of the Notes in their capacity as agent pursuant to a request from the Company and (ii) the Agents shall not then hold any Notes as principal purchased from the Purchasing Agent to the time the Company shall determine that solicitation of purchases of the Notes should be resumed or shall subsequently agree for the Purchasing Agent to purchase Notes as principal.

Suspension of Certain Obligations. The Company shall not be required to comply with the provisions of Section III(fsubsections (a), (ib), (c), (e), (f) or (jg) hereof of this Section or the provisions of Sections VII(b), (c) and (d) Section 7 hereof during any period from the time (i) the Agents shall have suspended received written notification from the Company to suspend solicitation of purchases of the Notes in their capacity as agent pursuant to a request from the Company agents and (ii) the Agents no Agent shall not then hold any Notes as principal purchased from the Purchasing Agent pursuant to a Terms Agreement, until the time the Company shall determine that solicitation of purchases of the Notes should be resumed or an Agent shall subsequently agree for the Purchasing Agent to purchase Notes from the Company as principal.

The Company and the Guarantor shall not be required to comply with the provisions of this Section III(f), (i) or (j) hereof III or the provisions of Sections VII(bVII (b), (c) and (d) hereof during any period from the time (i) the Agents have suspended solicitation of purchases of the Notes in their capacity as agent pursuant to a request from the Company and (ii) the Agents shall not then hold any Notes as principal purchased from the Purchasing Agent to the time the Company shall determine that solicitation of purchases of the Notes should be resumed or shall subsequently agree for the Purchasing Agent to purchase Notes as principal.

Suspension of Certain Obligations. The Company Corporation shall not be required to comply with the provisions of Section III(fsubsections (e), (if) or (jg) hereof of this Section or the provisions of Sections VII(b6(b), (c6(c) and (d6(d) hereof during any period from the time (i) the Agents shall have suspended solicitation of purchases of the Notes in their capacity as agent pursuant to a request notice from the Company and (ii) Corporation, provided that the Agents shall not then hold any Notes as principal purchased from the Purchasing Agent to Corporation, until the time the Company Corporation shall determine that solicitation of purchases of the Notes should be resumed or shall subsequently agree for the Purchasing Agent Agents to purchase Notes as principal.

Suspension of Certain Obligations. The Company shall not be required to comply with the provisions of Section III(fsubsections (f), (ig), (h), (j) or (jk) hereof of this Section 3 or the provisions of Sections VII(b6(b), (c6(c) and (d6(d) hereof during any period from the time (i) the Selling Agents shall have suspended solicitation of purchases of the Notes in their capacity as agent pursuant to a request notice from the Company and (ii) Company, provided that the Selling Agents shall not then hold any Notes as principal purchased from the Purchasing Agent to Company, until the time the Company shall determine that solicitation of purchases of the Notes should be resumed or shall subsequently agree for the Purchasing Agent Selling Agents to purchase Notes as principal.

Suspension of Certain Obligations. The Company shall not be required to comply with the provisions of Section III(fsubsections (b), (id), (e) or (jf) hereof or the provisions of Sections VII(b), (c) and (d) hereof this Section 4 during any period from the time (i) the Agents Purchasing Agent shall have suspended solicitation of purchases offers for the purchase of the Notes in their its capacity as agent pursuant to a request from the Company and (ii) the Agents Purchasing Agent shall not then hold any Notes as principal purchased from the Purchasing Agent Company as principal, to the time (x) the Company shall determine that solicitation of purchases offers for the purchase of the Notes should be resumed or shall subsequently agree for (y) the Purchasing Agent to shall subsequently purchase Notes from the Company as principal.
