Common use of Suspension of Cloud Services Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Cloud Services. Subject to Section 4.3, We reserve the right to suspend the Cloud Services, or portion thereof, or reject or cancel the transmission of any information through the Cloud Service based upon (i) reasonable belief that the use of the Cloud Services is in violation of Laws, (ii) Your failure to pay amounts when due, or (iii) an imminent compromise to the security or integrity of the network. As practicable depending on the circumstances, We will provide notice of the suspension and keep You reasonably informed of Genesys’ efforts to restore the Cloud Services.
