Common use of Suspension of Cloud Services Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Cloud Services. If, in the reasonable opinion of SISW, it is necessary to suspend access to the Cloud Services to maintain the security or integrity of the Cloud Services, or a particular Service Offering, SISW may do so without liability to Customer, provided that SISW undertakes all reasonable efforts to limit the duration and scope of such suspension.

Suspension of Cloud Services. If, in the reasonable opinion of SISW, it is necessary to suspend access to the Cloud Services to maintain the security or integrity of the Cloud Services, or a particular Service Offering, SISW may do so without liability to Customer, provided that Customer other than as set forth under this Agreement and SISW hereby undertakes to employ all reasonable efforts to limit the duration and scope of any such suspension.
