Common use of Suspension of Construction Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Construction. Prior to the Project Completion Date, construction of the Project shall be suspended for a period of ninety days if such suspension is a result of the occurrence of an Event of Force Majeure, or for a period of thirty days if such suspension is a result of any other cause.
