Common use of Suspension of Contributions Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Contributions. Should an Employer fail to make Matching Contributions in any one (1) or more years, such failure shall not, of itself, terminate or discontinue this Plan and Trust as to the Employer and its Participants, nor shall the Employer incur any obligation to resume its Matching Contributions in whole or in part.
