Common use of Suspension of Contributions Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Contributions. Should an Employer fail for any reason to make Company Contributions and/or Company Matching Contributions in any one (1) or more years, such failure shall not, of itself, terminate or discontinue this Plan and Trust as to the Employer and its Participants, nor shall the Employer incur any obligation to make up such Company Contributions and/or Company Matching Contributions in whole or in part.
