Common use of Suspension of Disbursement Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Disbursement. Upon the occurrence of an Event of Default (as defined in this Contract) by the Business, the IEDA may suspend payments to the Business until such time as the default has been cured to IEDA’s satisfaction. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Contract, upon a termination of this Contract on account of an Event of Default by the Business, Business will no longer have the right to receive any disbursements after the effective date of default.
