Common use of Suspension of Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Enrollment. The Department may suspend new Enrollment and/or auto assignment when the Department has imposed a sanction or the CONTRACTOR is placed under a Corrective Action Plan in accordance with Section 18.
