Common use of SUSPENSION OF MARKETING RIGHT Clause in Contracts

SUSPENSION OF MARKETING RIGHT. If either Member exercises its rights under this Section 20, then each Member's marketing rights under Section 22 hereto shall be deemed suspended until the Buy-Sell Closing Date or, if such closing does not occur, for ninety (90) days after the expiration of the Thirty Day Period.
