SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. 12.1 Any of the Parties may, for any reason, suspend the negotiations contemplated by this Agreement and will provide to the other Parties and to the BCTC written confirmation of the suspension setting out the reasons for the suspension and the date that the suspension commences or commenced.
