SUSPENSION OF NEGOTIATIONS. 15.1 Should any of the Parties decide to suspend the negotiations contemplated by this Framework Agreement, the Party suspending will provide written confirmation, which sets out the reasons for the suspension and the commencement date, to the other Parties and to the BCTC.
