Common use of Suspension of Payment Obligations Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Payment Obligations. Any condition or event shall have occurred which would have the effect of suspending the repayment obligation of the Broker/Dealer for any advance of Revolving Loans made under the Loan Agreement, whether or not any such advance has then been made to or is then due from the Broker/Dealer or there has been an actual default in the payment of any principal or interest of any such advance at the scheduled maturity or due date thereof.
