Suspension of Performance; Release from Dedication. (a) If Customer fails to pay pursuant to Section 12.2 any Invoice rendered pursuant to Section 12.1 and such failure is not remedied within five Business Days of written Notice of such failure to Customer by Provider, Provider shall have the right to suspend performance under this Agreement until such amount, including interest at the Interest Rate, is paid in full.
