Suspension of Performance; Release from Dedication. (a) If Shipper fails to pay any invoice rendered pursuant to Section 9.2 and such failure is not remedied within 20 Business Days of written notice of such failure to Shipper by Gatherer, Gatherer shall have the right to suspend performance under this Agreement until such amount, including interest at the Interest Rate, is paid.
