Suspension of Products and Services. In addition, Seidor shall be entitled, without liability, to suspend the Services and/or the provision of Infrastructure for any period during which any Fees (including all interest thereon) are outstanding or in arrears, provided that Seidor shall give the Customer no less than five Business Days written notice (which shall include by way of e-mail) of its intention to suspend the Products and Services.
