Suspension of Products and Services. In addition, The Supplier shall be entitled, without liability, to suspend the use of the Products and Services for any period during which any Fees (including all interest thereon) are outstanding or in arrears, provided that the Supplier shall give the Customer no less than five Business Days written notice (which shall include by way of e-mail) of its intention to suspend the use of the Products and Services. The Supplier may require, and if required, Customer will pay an activation fee as a condition to changing or resuming a terminated or suspended account.
