Common use of Suspension of Royalty Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Royalty. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the royalty obligation with respect to all countries in the Territory shall be suspended until the end of the month in which the WHO declares the end of the Public Health Emergency of International Concern regarding COVID-19, and royalties shall only be payable as set forth in Section 7.2 of this Agreement with respect to any sales made by Licensee or its Affiliates thereafter.
