Suspension of Service. The Service Provider may suspend the provision of Service (wholly or partially) to the Shipper if, subject to the Shipper’s rights under clause 23.4, the Shipper does not pay the invoice within 30 Days after the payment is due, until the Shipper pays the amount shown on the invoice.
