Suspension of this Agreement. If the Comptroller-General makes a decision under section 178A(1) of the Act to: (a) suspend some or all of the Trade Facilitation Benefits; or (b) to reinstate some or all of the Trade Facilitation Benefits that have previously been suspended, this Agreement will be varied accordingly.
