Common use of SUSPENSION OF WORK (for Non-Responsibility) Clause in Contracts

SUSPENSION OF WORK (for Non-Responsibility). The SUNY Chancellor, in his or her sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend any or all activities under this Permit at any time when he or she discovers information that calls into question the responsibility of the Permittee. In the event of such suspension, the Permittee will be given written notice outlining the particulars of such suspension. Upon issuance of such notice, the Permittee must comply with the terms of the suspension order.
