Suspension or Termination of Certifications. If any of Contractor’s or Subcontractor’s Permits are suspended, revoked, or terminated, Contractor shall give Edison immediate verbal notification, and follow up with notice within five days after that suspension, revocation, or termination of any Permit. Contractor shall cause the Permit to be reinstated within five (5) days of its suspension, revocation, or termination, or Contractor’s failure to do so will be considered a Contractor Event of Default under the Agreement.
