Suspension, Postponement, or Termination of a DOT-Administered Construction Project. (a) The DOT, upon providing Official Notice, may, in its sole discretion, suspend, postpone, or terminate a specific Construction Project, and such action shall in no event be deemed a breach by the DOT.
