Common use of Suspension/Revocation by TSP/RA Clause in Contracts

Suspension/Revocation by TSP/RA. The Subscriber acknowledges that the TSP or the RA may revoke a Certificate: a) If any of the information in the Certificate changes; b) If the TSP and/or the RA knows or has reason to suspect that the Private Keys or password or PIN number of the Subscriber have been compromised; c) If the Subscriber fails to comply with their obligations under this Agreement; or d) For any other reasons the TSP and/or the XX xxxxx necessary.
