Common use of Sustainable Building Policy Clause in Contracts

Sustainable Building Policy. The Design Professional shall comply with City Council Policy 900-14 (Sustainable Building Policy) in the performance of the Scope of Services, including but not limited to the requirement that all new or significantly remodeled City facilities shall be designed and constructed to achieve at a minimum the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) “Silver” Level Certification.
