Common use of Sustainable Design Status: LEED® Platinum Requirement Clause in Contracts

Sustainable Design Status: LEED® Platinum Requirement. Developer shall design the Project so that, at a minimum, the Project shall achieve LEED® “Platinum” certification under the LEED® Rating System known as “LEED for Homes: Multifamily Mid- Rise, October 2010, CA Version, 2011 Update” (the “Sustainable Design Status”). Developer shall retain the services of a LEED accredited professional to consult with Developer regarding inclusion of sustainable design features for the Project. Developer shall confirm to the City that the design for the Project has achieved the Sustainable Design Status in accordance with the following requirements:
