Supplier hereby grants S&W access to all pertinent records, correspondence, writings, and receipts related to this Agreement, but excluding any of the same subject to the attorney-client privilege or constituting attorney work-product, for the purpose of ensuring Supplier’s compliance with the terms of the Agreement.
