Sworn Unit Classifications. Compensation equal to seventeen days (136.00 hours) shall be made to sworn personnel in semi-annual payments payable on the first pay day which follows June 1st and December 1st of each year. Sworn personnel may elect to have a portion or all of these hours credited to their compensatory time balance in lieu of payment.
Sworn Unit Classifications a. Three, Four Twelve (3/12, 4/12) work schedule The work schedule for sworn personnel assigned to the “day or “night” shift shall be three 12 hour shifts one week of the pay period, and four 12 hour shifts the other week of the pay period.
b. Four-Ten (4/10) Work Schedule The work schedule for personnel assigned to specialty positions shall be the Four Ten (4/10) schedule.
