Common use of Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act Clause in Contracts

Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act. The Owner Trustee will not be required to execute, deliver or certify on behalf of the Issuer, the Servicer, the Depositor or the Sponsor any filings, certificates or other documents required by the Securities and Exchange Commission or required under the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 in connection with the Transaction Documents. The Owner Trustee will provide any relevant information and Officer's Certificates reasonably requested by the Person responsible for the filings, certificates or other documents on behalf of the Issuer.
