Syndication Parties’ Independent Credit Analysis. Each Syndication Party acknowledges receipt of true and correct copies of all Loan Documents (other than any Note payable to another Syndication Party) from the Administrative Agent. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, no Syndication Party shall have any duty or responsibility to furnish to any other Syndication Parties any credit or other information concerning Borrower which may come into its possession.
