Common use of Syndication Clause in Contracts

Syndication. The Borrower shall provide reasonable assistance to the Arranger in the preparation of the Information Memorandum and the primary syndication of the Facilities (including, without limitation, by making Key Personnel available for the purpose of making presentations to, or meeting, potential lending institutions) and shall comply with all reasonable requests for information from potential syndicate members prior to completion of syndication.

Syndication. The Borrower shall provide reasonable assistance to the Arranger in the preparation of the Information Memorandum and the primary syndication of the Facilities Facility (including, without limitation, by making Key Personnel senior management available for the purpose of making presentations to, or meeting, potential lending institutionsinstitutions and providing all information necessary for the preparation of any information memorandum or similar document in connection with such syndication) and shall will comply with all reasonable requests for information from potential syndicate members prior to completion of syndication.

Syndication. The Borrower shall provide reasonable assistance to the Arranger in the preparation of the Information Memorandum and the primary syndication of the Facilities Facility (including, without limitation, by making Key Personnel senior management available for the purpose of making presentations to, or meeting, potential lending institutions) and shall will comply with all reasonable requests for information from potential syndicate members prior to completion of syndication.

The Borrower shall will provide reasonable assistance to the Arranger in the preparation of the Information Memorandum and the primary syndication of the Facilities Facility (including, without limitation, by making Key Personnel the senior management of the Borrower available for the purpose of making presentations to, or meeting, potential lending institutions) and shall will comply with all reasonable requests for information from potential syndicate members prior to completion of syndication.

The Borrower shall provide reasonable assistance to the Arranger in the preparation of the Information Memorandum and the primary syndication of the Facilities (including, without limitation, by making Key Personnel senior management available for the purpose of making presentations to, or meeting, potential lending institutions) 66 and shall will comply with all reasonable requests for information from potential syndicate members prior to completion of syndication.

Syndication. The Borrower shall provide reasonable assistance to the Arranger in the preparation of the Information Memorandum any information memorandum and the primary syndication of the Facilities Facility (including, without limitation, including by making Key Personnel senior management personnel and representatives available for the purpose of making presentations to, or meetingand meetings with potential lenders), potential use its best endeavours to ensure the syndication benefits from the Group’s lending institutions) relationships and shall will comply with all reasonable requests for information from potential syndicate members prior to completion of syndication.

The Borrower and the Obligors shall each provide reasonable assistance to the Arranger Arrangers in the preparation of the Information Memorandum an information memorandum and the primary syndication of the Facilities Facility (including, without limitation, by making Key Personnel its senior management available for the purpose of making presentations to, or meeting, potential lending institutions) and shall will comply with all reasonable requests for information from potential syndicate members prior to completion of syndication.

The Borrower shall provide reasonable assistance to the Arranger Arrangers in the preparation of the Information Memorandum and the primary syndication of the Facilities (including, without limitation, by making Key Personnel senior management available for the purpose of making presentations to, or meeting, potential lending institutions) and shall will comply with all reasonable requests for information from potential syndicate members prior to completion of syndication.

Syndication. The Borrower shall provide reasonable assistance to the Arranger Arrangers in the preparation of the Information Memorandum and the primary syndication of the Facilities Facility (including, without limitation, by making Key Personnel senior management available for the purpose of making presentations to, or meeting, potential lending institutions) and shall will comply with all reasonable requests for information from potential syndicate members prior to completion of syndication.
