Common use of System Access Documentation and Training Clause in Contracts

System Access Documentation and Training. Xxxxxx shall provide Member with access to and use of the Systems, accompanying operating instructions and procedures (hereinafter referred to as “Documentation”) and any updates and changes to the Systems and Documentation from time to time. Xxxxxx will also provide training on Systems to Member personnel periodically.
