Common use of System Defects Liability Period Clause in Contracts

System Defects Liability Period. The System Defects Liability Period shall cover a period of 36 (thirty-six) months. System Defects shall include, but are not limited to, design Defects, production method Defects, Defects in materials used, software Defects, Defects in general documentation (such as instructions of use, assembly instructions, or installation guides) caus ing constant or frequent Defects in a given item. The Supplier shall notify the Buyer if the Supplier becomes aware of any System Defect in similar items delivered by the Supplier to other customers.
