SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Scheduled Maintenance. 4.1 Provided that at least 7 days notice has been provided to the Licensee together with an expected duration of any planned downtime, the NLA will undertake Scheduled Maintenance during Non-Peak Hours throughout the Term of the Licensee's Database Licence without the need to obtain the Licensee's consent. The NLA acknowledges that Scheduled Maintenance may be disruptive to the Licensee and will endeavour (where possible) to minimise the time taken to complete Scheduled Maintenance and to maintain availability of the Database Service during periods of Scheduled Maintenance.
