IMAGE DATA SERVICE HYBRID. 6.1 The Parties acknowledge and accept that the Image Database Service Hybrid was developed by NLA to meet the MMO Requirements and that as soon as alternative architecture is available to enable the MMO Requirements to be met using a centrally hosted service, the Parties will enter into good faith negotiations to amend the provisions of this clause 6 to reflect those of the centrally hosted Image Data Feed Service provided that such discussions shall not commence for 18 months from the Service Invoice Date.
