Common use of System Modifications Clause in Contracts

System Modifications. Amadeus or its licensors may, in its discretion modify, replace, substitute and/or upgrade or enhance the functions and components of, and data provided through, the System without any obligation to Customer or any Customer Location.

System Modifications. Amadeus or its licensors may, in its discretion modify, remove, discontinue, replace, substitute and/or upgrade or enhance the functions and components of, and data provided through, the System without any obligation to Customer or any Customer LocationOffice. The Customer Office will not modify or alter the System. Amadeus will use its reasonable efforts to provide reasonable advance notice in writing for any material modification that is likely to have an impact to Customer.
