SYSTEM VERIFICATION TESTING Clause Samples
The System Verification Testing clause establishes the requirement for formal testing of a system to confirm that it meets specified requirements and functions as intended. Typically, this involves a series of planned tests conducted by the supplier or contractor, often witnessed or reviewed by the client, to demonstrate that all technical and operational criteria are satisfied before the system is accepted. This clause ensures that any defects or non-conformities are identified and addressed prior to final delivery, thereby reducing the risk of operational failures and ensuring the system performs as expected.
SYSTEM VERIFICATION TESTING. For all systems *** per the instructions of ICOP DIGITAL, *** shall perform appropriate product and process verification testing in Accordance with their best practices. ICOP DIGITAL shall review and/or approve all verification plans and results. ICOP DIGITAL will also perform operation verification during and at the end of ***, operation verification on the actual test drive (field test), life and durability test, and the final acceptance tests.
SYSTEM VERIFICATION TESTING. For all sub-systems designed by ZEVEX as defined in the Statement of Work, ZEVEX shall draft appropriate verification protocol and perform the testing in Accordance with that protocol. Cardiac Science shall author the system verification protocol and Cardiac Science shall accomplish software verification and clinical validation of the Product ("System Verification Testing"). Cardiac Science has written the system protocol and ZEVEX shall test the system in accordance with that protocol. Regulatory Standards Testing shall be managed by ZEVEX. Third party testing shall be approved in advance by Cardiac Science and shall be paid by Cardiac Science. Test materials shall be the exclusive property of Cardiac Science and ZEVEX will not use them except as needed to perform hereunder.
SYSTEM VERIFICATION TESTING. For all systems designed by TIETECH per the instructions of ICOP DIGITAL, TIETECH shall draft appropriate verification protocol and perform the testing in Accordance with that protocol. ICOP DIGITAL shall author the system verification protocol and ICOP DIGITAL shall accomplish software verification and validation of the Product (“System Verification Testing”). Third party (independent qualified testing facility) testing, in addition to related test materials, as shall be approved in advance by ICOP DIGITAL, shall be paid by ICOP DIGITAL, and shall be an agent of ICOP DIGITAL. Test materials shall be the exclusive property of ICOP DIGITAL and TIETECH will not use them except as needed to perform hereunder. ICOP DIGITAL will collect and/or prepare for TIETECH data including vibration, shock, temperature, etc. of the actual environment where the product will be used. ICOP DIGITAL will also perform operation verification during and at the end of development, operation verification on the actual test drive (field test), life and durability test, and the final acceptance tests.
