Common use of SYSTEMATIC DOWNLOADING Clause in Contracts

SYSTEMATIC DOWNLOADING. Except as permitted in clause 3.9 [Text and Data Mining], Licensee, Members, and Authorized Users shall not systematically make print or electronic copies of multiple extracts of the Licensed Materials, or use robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated downloading programs, algorithms or devices to continuously and automatically search, scrape, extract, deep-link, index, or disrupt the use of the Licensed Materials for any purpose.

Except as permitted in a clause 3.9 [on Text and Data Mining], if relevant, Licensee, Members, and Authorized Users shall not systematically make print or electronic copies of multiple extracts of the Licensed Materials, or use robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated downloading programs, algorithms or devices to continuously and automatically search, scrape, extract, deep-link, index, or disrupt the use of the Licensed Materials for any purpose.
