SYSTEMS AGREEMENT. The Company and Unions have employed the Mutual Gains approach to collective bargaining during these negotiations. The recommendations contained herein are a result of cooperation and the desire of the parties to address each others' interests. In an effort to continue this spirit, the parties agree to establish an Oversight Committee as described below.
