Common use of T-Mobile Collocator Insurance Clause in Contracts

T-Mobile Collocator Insurance. For each Site, T-Mobile Collocator shall procure, and shall maintain in full force and effect at all times during the Term as to such Site, the following types of insurance with respect to its T-Mobile Collocation Space at such Site, paying as they become due all premiums for such insurance: (i) Commercial general liability insurance insuring against all liability of T-Mobile Collocator and its officers, employees, agents, licensees and invitees arising out of, by reason of or in connection with the use, occupancy or maintenance of the T-Mobile Collocation Space of such Site, in an amount of not less than $1.0 million for bodily injury or property damage or as a result of one occurrence, and not less than $2.0 million for bodily injury or property damage in the aggregate; (ii) Umbrella or excess liability insurance with limits not less than $5.0 million per occurrence and in the aggregate; (iii) Workers' compensation insurance affording statutory coverage for all employees of T-Mobile Collocator and any employees of its Affiliates performing activities on all Sites, with employer's liability coverage with a minimum limit of $1.0 million each occurrence; and (iv) Commercial automobile liability insurance, including coverage for all owned, hired and non-owned automobiles. The amount of such coverage shall not be less than $1.0 million combined single limit for each accident and for bodily injury and property damage.

T-Mobile Collocator Insurance. For each Site, T-Mobile Collocator shall procure, and shall maintain in full force and effect at all times during the Term as to such Site, the following types of insurance with respect to its T-Mobile Collocation Space at such Site, paying as they become due all premiums for such insurance: (i) Commercial general liability insurance insuring against all liability of T-Mobile Collocator and its officers, employees, agents, licensees and invitees arising out of, by reason of or in connection with the use, occupancy or maintenance of the T-Mobile Collocation Space of such Site, in an amount of not less than $1.0 million for bodily injury or property damage or as a result of one occurrence, and not less than $2.0 million for bodily injury or property damage in the aggregate; (ii) Umbrella or excess liability insurance with limits not less than $5.0 million per occurrence and in the aggregate; (iii) Workers' ’ compensation insurance affording statutory coverage for all employees of T-Mobile Collocator and any employees of its Affiliates performing activities on all Sites, with employer's ’s liability coverage with a minimum limit of $1.0 million each occurrence; and (iv) Commercial automobile liability insurance, including coverage for all owned, hired and non-owned automobiles. The amount of such coverage shall not be less than $1.0 million combined single limit for each accident and for bodily injury and property damage.
