T4 Forms. The Employer shall include on the employee’s T4 slip the amount of the dues, assessments and levies paid to the Union by the employee in the previous year. Such receipts shall be provided to the employee prior to March 1 of the succeeding year.
T4 Forms. The Employer agrees to print the amount of total deductions paid by each employee for the previous calendar year on the Income Tax T4 form.
