Standing Committee. Standing Committees shall be maintained in the following manner:
(1) The Mill Manager shall appoint a Company Standing Committee of three (3) individuals which shall represent the Company.
(2) The Union shall select from its membership a Union Standing Committee of three (3) which shall represent the Union for the purposes stated in this Agreement.

(i) The general principle to be followed is that no employee's normal earnings shall be reduced by virtue of his attendance at a Standing Committee meeting.
(ii) Employees attending meetings called while they are on duty will be paid for the time in attendance providing a meeting does not extend past the end of a shift. If it does extend past the end of the shift, no allowance is made for such additional time.
(iii) Employees attending meetings during their time off will not be paid.
(iv) Where it is necessary to relieve an employee attending a meeting, the relief man will be paid at straight time except for any time in excess of eight (8) hours in a day which will be paid for at time and one-half.
(v) The time of the meeting shall be determined by mutual agreement.
Standing Committee a. Each member of the Presidency shall, by virtue of the office, have civilian command authority over armed forces. Neither Entity shall threaten or use force against the other Entity, and under no circumstances shall any armed forces of either Entity enter into or stay within the territory of the other Entity without the consent of the government of the latter and of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. All armed forces in Bosnia and Herzegovina shall operate consistently with the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
b. The members of the Presidency shall select a Standing Committee on Military Matters to coordinate the activities of armed forces in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Members of the Presidency shall be members of the Standing Committee.

Standing Committee a. The Board will appoint a standing committee to make recommendations to the Board in regard to an anticipated reduction in staff. This committee will consist of the superintendent, one (1) elementary administrator, one (1) secondary administrator, one (1) Board member, ex-officio, and one (1) elementary and one (1) secondary teacher, selected by the Association.
b. Nothing in subsection 8. a. will restrict the Board's right to act expeditiously to reduce staff members when circumstances warrant.
Standing Committee. Landlord and Tenant agree that this Lease is subject to the consent of the Xxxxxx and the Standing Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Newark and is not binding until said approvals are granted, which approval shall be evidenced by a letter or other writing, signed by the Xxxxxx or other authorized person who shall, in such writing, represent his authority to sign and deliver such consent. Landlord will diligently seek this approval.

Standing Committee. The Association and the Employer shall establish a standing committee, which will monitor the quality of uniform clothing. The parties agree that every effort will be made to purchase quality items.
