The table of contents and the captions and other headings contained in this Agreement as to the contents of particular articles, sections, paragraphs or other subdivisions contained herein, or to the Exhibits, are inserted for convenience of reference only and are in no way to be construed as part of this Agreement or as limitations on the scope of the particular articles, sections, paragraphs or other subdivisions to which they refer and shall not affect the interpretation or meaning of this Agreement.
