Common use of Table of Contents; Headings; Exhibits Clause in Contracts

Table of Contents; Headings; Exhibits. The table of contents, if any, and headings, if any, of the various articles, sections and other subdivisions of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not modify, define or limit any of the terms or provisions of this Agreement. All Appendices and Exhibits attached to this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety and made a part hereof for all purposes; provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between the terms of the text of this Agreement and any Appendices or Exhibits, the text of this Agreement shall control.
