Common use of Table of Variation Rates and Prices Clause in Contracts

Table of Variation Rates and Prices. Where the rates and prices in the Table of Variation Rates and Prices are used under clause 10.3(b), the rates and prices will be deemed to cover: all labour, materials, overheads and profit related to the work the subject of the Variation and compliance with the Consultant's obligations under the Subcontract; and all costs which will be incurred by the Consultant arising out of or in connection with the Variation.
