Table Placement of Teachers Rated Ineffective or Improvement Necessary. A teacher rated ineffective or improvement necessary by Westfield Washington Schools will not be eligible for any raise or increase for the following year if the teacher’s employment contract is continued, therefore will not be placed or move on any salary table, and shall continue to have the salary designated by the row and column position the teacher last obtained on the salary table in effect at the time of disqualification for the duration of such disqualification.
