Basic Salaries Sample Clauses

Basic Salaries. The basic salaries of Teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix I which is attached to, and incorporated in, this Agreement.

Basic Salaries. Each employee will be paid at the rate set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement for the job classification in which he/she is employed. All salaries shown in Appendix A will be paid within one dollar ($1.00) of amount stated. These salaries shall be modified throughout the 3-year duration of this Agreement as noted in Article 21, Duration.

Basic Salaries. Employees shall be compensated during the two (2) years of this agreement as provided herein. Subd. 1. Effective July 1, 2024, all employees will advance one step on Salary Schedule A over their placement as of June 30, 2024. Subd. 2. Effective July 1, 2025, all employees will advance one step on Salary Schedule B over their placement as of June 30, 2025.

Basic Salaries. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this agreement are set forth in Schedule A which is attached to and incorporated in this agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated term of this contract.

Basic Salaries. 15.01 It is the established policy of the Employer to grant discretionary increases in the basic salaries of employees based upon individual merit and performance. Accordingly, the basic salaries set out in Schedule “A” attached to this Agreement are minimum basic salaries. It is agreed that the Employer may continue its policy of granting discretionary increases. 15.02 An employee who on December 31, 2000, is receiving merit pay so that his or her total salary is above the highest basic salary for his classification will, effective January 1, 2001, receive an increase in his or her total salary of an amount not less than the dollar difference between the highest basic salary and the new basic salary effective January 1, 2001, for that classification. 15.03 When a full time employee is permanently promoted to a higher classification, previous time worked in that classification as a result of temporary promotions for one (1) week or more shall be credited to the employee for the purpose of calculating basic salary. 15.04 If a new job classification is established by The Employer, or the Employer enters a new field of endeavour which entails creation of jobs within the bargaining unit, it shall promptly notify the Guild of same and the rate of pay and the name of any individual hired to fill the job. If the rate of pay is not agreed to by the Guild, it may meet with the Employer within twenty-one (21) days of such notification and endeavour to negotiate a mutually satisfactory rate. Any change agreed to shall be retroactive to the date the employee began work in the new classification or job. Basic Salaries. Basic Salaries have been increased as follows: 1st August 2024: 3 % The Basic Salary Scales from August 2024 are shown in the Schedule 1.

Basic Salaries. Part-time teachers shall be placed on the appropriate position on the salary schedule and shall be monetarily compensated on a pro rata basis determined by their percent of FTE based on APPENDIX III.
