TACIT AGREEMENT. 9.1. This Contract, shall be amended by the agreement of the parties. Any modification shall be proposed to the Customer two months before the date proposed for effectiveness. The Customer may either accept or reject the changes before the proposed date for their entry into force. The two month-term shall not apply to contractual changes imposed by the application of new legal provisions, with such changes being applied depending on the date of entry into force of such regulations.
