Level Two - Superintendent If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level One or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) school days after the presentation of the grievance, he may file the grievance in writing with the Association within five (5) school days after the decision at Level One or ten
Level Three - Superintendent Within ten (10) days of receipt of the decision rendered by the Executive Director of Human Resources, any party in interest may appeal the Director’s decision to the Superintendent, or designee, on forms provided by the School District and the Association. The appeal shall include a copy of the decisions of Level One and Level Two and the grounds for regarding the decision as incorrect. Within ten (10) days after receipt of the appeal, the Superintendent, or designee, shall communicate the decision in writing to all parties in interest. The decision shall include supporting reasons therefor.
ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACT COUNTY A listing of all COUNTY Administration referenced in the following Sub-sections is designated in Exhibit U, COUNTY’s Administration. The COUNTY shall notify the CONTRACTOR in writing of any change in the names or addresses shown.
Level Two - Superintendent of Schools a. If an aggrieved person is not satisfied with the decision concerning his/her grievance at Level One, he/she may, within three (3) days after the decision is rendered or within eight (8) days after his/her formal presentation, file his/her grievance with the Superintendent.
Certification of Funds; Budget and Fiscal Provisions; Termination in the Event of Non-Appropriation This Agreement is subject to the budget and fiscal provisions of the City’s Charter. Charges will accrue only after prior written authorization certified by the Controller, and the amount of City’s obligation hereunder shall not at any time exceed the amount certified for the purpose and period stated in such advance authorization. This Agreement will terminate without penalty, liability or expense of any kind to City at the end of any fiscal year if funds are not appropriated for the next succeeding fiscal year. If funds are appropriated for a portion of the fiscal year, this Agreement will terminate, without penalty, liability or expense of any kind at the end of the term for which funds are appropriated. City has no obligation to make appropriations for this Agreement in lieu of appropriations for new or other agreements. City budget decisions are subject to the discretion of the Mayor and the Board of Supervisors. Contractor’s assumption of risk of possible non-appropriation is part of the consideration for this Agreement. THIS SECTION CONTROLS AGAINST ANY AND ALL OTHER PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Notification of Contract and Salary Employees shall be notified of their contract and salary status for the ensuing year no later than May 30th.
Events Beyond Our Control If an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and prevents Us from performing any of Our obligations under this Contract to any extent, then We are not required to perform that obligation to the extent and for as long as We are prevented by that Event Beyond Our Control. If such an Event Beyond Our Control occurs and We consider it appropriate to do so, We may notify You of the Event Beyond Our Control by any reasonable means, including by a public announcement.
Appointment of Stewards A. The Union will certify to the Employer in writing a xxxxxxx or stewards and alternates in accordance with the fol- lowing general guidelines. Where more than one xxxxxxx is appointed, one shall be designated chief xxxxxxx. The selection and appointment of stewards or chief stewards is the sole and exclusive function of the Union. Stewards will be certified to represent employees in specific work location(s) on their tour; provided no more than one xxxxxxx may be certified to repre- sent employees in a particular work location(s). The number of stewards certified shall not exceed, but may be less than, the number provided by the formula hereinafter set forth. Employees in the same craft per tour or station Up to 49 1 xxxxxxx 50 to 99 2 stewards 100 to 199 3 stewards 200 to 499 5 stewards 500 or more 5 stewards plus additional xxxxxxx for each 100 employees
Change of Control of the Academy Trust 102A) The Secretary of State may at any time by notice in writing, subject to clause 102C) below, terminate this Agreement forthwith (or on such other date as he may in his absolute discretion determine) in the event that there is a change:
Level of Supervision Supervision is generally present to establish general objectives relative to a specific project, to outline the desired end product and to identify potential resources for assistance. Some positions will require routine supervision to general direction depending upon experience and the complexity of the tasks. Some positions will require general direction. May supervise or co-ordinate others to achieve objectives, including liaison with employees at higher levels. May undertake stand-alone work.
