Tampering with the Equipment. You must not use the Service with any equipment that has an altered electronic serial number or equipment identifier or any equipment that has undergone a factory reset, without seeking and obtaining BIT's express advance written permission in each instance. In addition, you may not use any serviced, altered, modified, stolen, or tampered equipment with the Service, and you may not permit any other person to do so (unless specifically authorized in advance by BIT, in writing).

Tampering with the Equipment. You agree not to change the electronic serial number or equipment identifier of any Equipment, or to perform a factory reset of any Equipment, without express permission from BluIP. BluIP reserves the right to terminate Services to any Equipment if You tamper therewith in any manner unless expressly authorized by BluIP in a writing signed by a authorized signatory for such permission.

  • Use of the Equipment 9.1 The Equipment shall be used by Hospital only at the Site and shall not be removed therefrom. Hospital shall use the Equipment only in the regular and ordinary course of Hospital’s business operations and only within the capacity of the Equipment as determined by Elekta’s specifications. Hospital shall not use nor permit the Equipment to be used in any manner nor for any purpose which, in the opinion of Elekta or GKF, the Equipment is not designed or reasonably suitable.

  • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND APPAREL 16.01 The Employer will furnish employees with all necessary personal protective equipment (including safety helmets, safety glasses, gloves etc.) and rain gear if and when required. Said equipment shall remain the property of the Employer. Any worn out safety equipment will be replaced by the Employer upon presentation of the worn equipment.   • OWNERSHIP OF THE EQUIPMENT 9.1 Except as detailed in clause 9.4, You acknowledge that We own the Equipment and in all circumstances We retain title to the Equipment (even if You go into liquidation or become bankrupt during the Hire Period). Your rights to use the Equipment are as a bailee only.

  • Testing of Metering Equipment Connecting Transmission Owner shall inspect and test all of its Metering Equipment upon installation and at least once every two (2) years thereafter. If requested to do so by NYISO or Developer, Connecting Transmission Owner shall, at Developer’s expense, inspect or test Metering Equipment more frequently than every two (2) years. Connecting Transmission Owner shall give reasonable notice of the time when any inspection or test shall take place, and Developer and NYISO may have representatives present at the test or inspection. If at any time Metering Equipment is found to be inaccurate or defective, it shall be adjusted, repaired or replaced at Developer’s expense, in order to provide accurate metering, unless the inaccuracy or defect is due to Connecting Transmission Owner’s failure to maintain, then Connecting Transmission Owner shall pay. If Metering Equipment fails to register, or if the measurement made by Metering Equipment during a test varies by more than two percent from the measurement made by the standard meter used in the test, Connecting Transmission Owner shall adjust the measurements by correcting all measurements for the period during which Metering Equipment was in error by using Developer’s check meters, if installed. If no such check meters are installed or if the period cannot be reasonably ascertained, the adjustment shall be for the period immediately preceding the test of the Metering Equipment equal to one-half the time from the date of the last previous test of the Metering Equipment. The NYISO shall reserve the right to review all associated metering equipment installation on the Developer’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s property at any time.

  • Closeout of Equipment 1. At the end of the term of a Contract that has no additional renewals or that will not be renewed (Closeout), or when a Contract is otherwise terminated, Grantee will submit to the SUD email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx an inventory of equipment purchased with System Agency funds and request disposition instructions for such equipment.

  • Metering Equipment 13.01. Utility will furnish, install, own and maintain metering equipment capable of measuring the flow of kilowatt-hours (kWh) of energy. The Customer's service associated with the CRG will be metered at a single metering point. The metering equipment will measure energy delivered by Utility to Customer and also measure energy delivered by Customer to Utility. Customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the premises for installation of this equipment and its future maintenance or removal.

  • Safe Equipment The City shall furnish and maintain in the best possible working condition, within the limits of its financial capability, the necessary tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment required for members to safely carry out their duties. Members are responsible for reporting unsafe conditions or practices, for avoiding negligence, and for properly using and caring for tools, facilities, vehicles, supplies, and equipment provided by the City.
