Common use of Tangible Embodiments Clause in Contracts

Tangible Embodiments. Any and all written or tangible embodiments of information disclosed to CLIENT by PSW hereunder shall be and remain the property of PSW, and CLIENT agrees promptly to return such tangible embodiments, including any copy thereof, to PSW upon termination of this Agreement.
